Kelly has spent more than 25 years in wedding sales, working inside some of the world's leading luxury hotels and international hotel groups, including Claridge's, Rosewood London and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. She went on to lead wedding sales strategy across 45 hotels as Group Wedding Sales Director and now works globally with hotel groups, senior leaders and venue teams to increase conversion, booking value and wedding revenue. What is The Next Level wedding sales training?
The Next Level gives your venue team 12 months' access to specialist online wedding sales training, covering lead generation, conversion, venue viewings, higher-spend couples and increasing wedding revenue. You'll also have weekly live Zoom calls with Kelly for questions, feedback and ongoing support.
We don't have much time for training. Will this work for us?
Yes. The Next Level is designed for busy hotel and venue teams. Your team can spend as little as 20 minutes a week on the training and start implementing changes immediately.
Many of the systems are also designed to reduce time spent chasing, following up and manually managing the sales journey. The objective isn't to give your team more to do. It's to help them sell more effectively with the time they already have.
Is The Next Level specifically for hotels and wedding venues?
Yes. The training has been built specifically around wedding sales in hotels and venues, from generating leads and responding to couples through to venue viewings, follow-up, conversion and increasing booking value.
Wedding suppliers are welcome to join, but the core training is designed for venue teams.
Can my whole venue team access the training?

What is included in the personalised 90-day plan?
When you join, you'll complete a short questionnaire about your venue, team and current wedding sales activity.
Kelly's team then creates a personalised 90-day implementation plan, giving you clear actions to work through in order. Your team can track what has been completed, while managers have visibility over progress.
Our team is already experienced. Is The Next Level too basic for us?
No. The Next Level is advanced wedding sales training built around what is working in today's wedding market.
Experienced teams often don't need another lesson in the basics. They need fresh thinking, current buyer psychology, stronger conversion tools and an outside perspective on processes that may not have changed for years.
We've invested in sales training before and didn't learn anything new. How is this different?
The Next Level isn't generic sales training adapted for weddings.
Kelly has spent more than 25 years inside luxury hotels, international hotel groups and wedding sales, and the strategies taught inside The Next Level are the same principles she uses when working directly with hotel groups and venue teams.
Crucially, the training doesn't end when somebody finishes a module. Your team has weekly access to Kelly to apply it to your actual business, get feedback and refine what they're doing.
Is this a course my team completes once?
No. The training platform is available throughout your 12 months inside The Next Level, so your team can learn and implement at the pace that works for your business.
The weekly live calls then give you ongoing access to Kelly as new challenges, questions and opportunities arise throughout the year.
What if our biggest challenge is generating more wedding leads?
The Next Level isn't only about conversion. The training covers how your venue attracts and generates wedding leads, as well as what happens once those leads enter your sales journey.
The aim is to improve both the opportunities reaching your team and how effectively those opportunities turn into bookings.
Is The Next Level suitable for an independent venue as well as a hotel group?
Yes. The Next Level is used to develop wedding sales at individual venues as well as within hotel and venue groups. The training is applied to your own property, sales journey, team and commercial priorities.
How quickly can we start?
Immediately. Once you join, your team can begin using The Next Level training platform straight away. You'll also complete the welcome questionnaire used to create your personalised 90-day implementation plan.
How much does The Next Level cost?
The Next Level is £175 per month, £500 every three months or £1,500 annually.
Each option gives your venue team 12 months inside The Next Level. The annual option also includes a one-hour 1:1 with Kelly.
